  • 15% Social Housing Scheme (1,491 Flats): Situated in emerging peri-urban pockets including Manjari Khurd, Mahalunge, and Bhugaon.
  • Price Range: Pricing ranges from approximately ₹11 lakh to ₹64 lakh depending on carpet area and locality.
